Allison Alsup joined us as a Writer in Residence in 2014. After graduating with an MFA from Emerson College, Allison began producing literary fiction. Her work was selected for the 2014 O’Henry Prize Stories. Many of her stories have been nationally recognized. Her work has appeared in The New Orleans Review, The Madison Review, River Styx, Salamander, and The New Guard as well as The Best of Philadelphia Stories, 10th Anniversary Edition. She currently resides in New Orleans and teaches fiction workshops through the Loyola Writing Institute.
