CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Writing Workshop Participants: Tuition is due at the time of application for all non-juried workshops. Upon acceptance to a juried workshop, the full tuition is required by April 21 to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, we will refund half of the workshop tuition up until May 21. We cannot refund cancellations after May 21.

Aspen Words reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice. All pass and ticket sales to public events are final and non-refundable. Tickets that have not been used may be redeemed at the end of the season for a charitable contribution receipt equal to the value of the ticket(s). Your pass/ticket guarantees you a seat up to 10 minutes before event start time for public events. In the event of a sell-out, all seats unclaimed 10 minutes prior to start time – including those of pass holders – will be released for sale.

Participant specifically waives any right, which might otherwise exist, to institute any action against Aspen Words outside of Pitkin County, Colorado (other than for federal claims of copyright infringement, which shall be filed only in Denver, Colorado).
