We will extend invitations to the Festival solely from official @aspeninstitute.org email addresses. Any email that does not end in @aspeninstitute.org is not legitimate. The Aspen Literary Festival does not charge authors to be featured in any of our events.

For your safety, please be aware that scammers are targeting publicly available email addresses. Aspen Literary Festival data has not been leaked or compromised in any way. If you would like to check with us about the legitimacy of an invitation — or if you have received an email that appears to be fraudulent by someone impersonating Festival staff — please reach out to us at AspenWords@AspenInstitute.org.
